Requirements

Candidates should be passionate about design, able to learn fast, and have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app. Strong B2B experience and knowledge of UX and UI are required, along with experience in design systems and the ability to work comfortably within a development team. The role requires being in an EMEA or LATAM time zone, and a higher education in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points, rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions, strategically think of the product from a high level, and present design work articulating design decisions. They will update acceptance criteria, define logic for their work, take full cycle ownership of their work from ideation to release, and work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers across multiple platforms, including the employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard. The role also involves building and updating components in the design system and being part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people around the world.
